Fitness Tip of The Month
1. Specific plans work better than vague ideas.
Design a specific plan for when and where
     you will exercise/eat better/etc.
2. Unrealistic goals are discouraging
Don't overestimate results and get frustrated
3. Keep stress from interfering with your good
intentions. Learn to cope with unavoidable
stress and look for a problem solving
     approach (walking/biking)
4. Plan for disruptions
Holidays, travel, illness all happen. Plan on it.
5. Get social support
Family, friends, personal trainers can help you
     along the way!

I have successfully found 10,000
